1. Activities involve physical exercise. All participants must ensure that their physical and mental conditions are ready for this activity. The Organiser is not liable for any injuries/ sickness/ loss of personal belongings during the event; participants have the sole responsibility instead. 活動涉及體能活動，參加者需確保身體狀況良好並適合參與是次活動，主辦單位並不會對參加者所發生的任何意外、受傷或其所攜帶之財物承擔任何責任。參加者須自行承擔一切責任；

2. Photos and videos will be taken at the event for future promotion and the Organiser reserves all copyright and ownership of the photos and videos taken at the event. 主辦單位於活動期間所拍攝的相片或影像，將用作日後宣傳及推廣用途，並保留有關相片及影像的版權及擁有權；

3. Limited quota applies. Your application will only be confirmed upon the completion of the payment. The Organiser reserves the right to close entries before the announced deadline without prior notice. 活動名額有限，一切以繳費為準，主辦單位有權提前截止報名而不作另行通知；

4. The Organiser reserves the right to contact participants by phone or other means for additional information required for the application. 主辦單位有權以電話或其他方式聯絡參加者以取得所需資訊作活動安排用途；

5. The Organiser reserves the right to void any applications with invalid information and/or submitted via improper procedures. 若參加者提供的資料有任何錯誤或不依照正確程序報名，主辦單位保留拒絕接受其參與權利；

6. The Organiser reserves the right to cancel the activity due to any circumstances beyond the organiser's control, including but not limited to insufficient enrolment, severe weather condition, social unrest, severe pandemic etc. while all application fee will not be refunded. 如發生任何主辦單位無法控制的情況導致活動無法如常舉行，包括但不限於參與人數不足、惡劣天氣或特殊社會及疫情狀況等，主辦單位有權決定取消整個活動，所遞交之報名費不獲退還；

7. Participants must follow all instructions given by the event staff, volunteers and officials with respect to all matters regarding the event. 參加者必須尊重及遵守由主辦單位職員、工作人員或其授權人士所發出的任何指引；

8. The Organiser reserves the right to prohibit the participants from joining without any refund of application fee if the participants violate any of the above conditions and terms. 參加者如違反上述條款，主辦單位保留禁止其參與之權利而不作任何退款；

9. In case of any disputes, the Organiser reserves the right to make all decisions related to the event, including but not limited to the confirmation of entries, the arrangement of the event, and the amendment to the terms or conditions without prior notice. 如有任何爭議，主辦單位保留對是次活動的最終決定權，包括但不限於取錄參加者及活動安排，以及保留增減、修改及刪除條款及細則之權利，而不作事先通知；

10. All personal data provided by the participants is to be used solely for this event. The information will be provided to relevant staff for application processing, contact and other relevant purposes. In accordance to the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, all personal data collected will be destroyed 6 months after the event. It is voluntary for participants to provide their personal data, but the registration cannot be processed without such personal data. 參加者所提供的個人資料只作本活動之用，有關資料只會供處理申請的人員參閱，作為審批、聯絡及相關的用途。所有資料均按個人資料(私隱)條例處理，並於活動期完結六個月後銷毀。參加者可依個人意願提供其個人資料。如參加者不願意提供相關資料，整個登記程序將不會完成，並視為未參加本活動。
Points to Note 活動須知
1. The organiser will make every effort to provide participants with a safe and appropriate activity environment. Participants should also pay attention to their personal safety and take proper care of their belongings. Participants must assume the risks associated with taking part in the activity. The organiser shall not be held responsible for any accident, injury, or loss of property resulting from personal reasons or circumstances beyond its control. Thank you for your understanding.
主辦單位將盡力為參加者提供安全及適切的活動環境，亦請參加者留意個人安全及妥善保管個人物品。參加者須自行承擔參與活動期間的相關風險；如因個人原因或不可抗力因素導致意外受傷或財物損失，主辦單位概不承擔相關責任，敬請見諒。 

2. Participants must complete the health declaration form before the activity. If the organiser or its partner organisation considers that your physical condition is unsuitable for participation, the organiser has the right to refuse your continued participation. Any fees paid will not be refunded.
參加者須於活動前填妥健康申報表，如大會或合作單位認為 閣下之身體狀況不適宜參加活動，大會有權拒絕 閣下繼續參加活動，所繳交之任何費用亦不會退還。 

3. Once payment has been made, the activity registration fee is non-refundable under any circumstances, except if the YMCA cancels the activity. Membership fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
一經繳費，除本會取消活動外，活動報名費在任何情況下都不會退還；而會費在任何情況下都不會退還。

4. The organiser reserves the right to make the final decision regarding this activity, including but not limited to the admission of participants and activity arrangements. The organiser also reserves the right to add, amend, or delete these terms and conditions without prior notice.
主辦單位保留對是次活動的最終決定權，包括但不限於取錄參加者及活動安排，以及保留增減、修改及刪除條款及細則之權利，而不作事先通知。
