Submission of Certificate of Completion for Online Training Module: Preventing Sexual Harassment on Campus by EOU

Introduction

Student Societies who have signed the Agreement on Orientation Regulations for Student Societies 2024 shall ensure that both Executive committee members and all Student Helpers of Orientation Activities,  to complete “Online Training Module: Preventing Sexual Harassment on Campus” provided by the Equal Opportunity Unit. Certificates of completion shall be collected and submitted to CEDARS via this submission form on or before 2nd August 2024.

In the event of failure to comply with the Orientation Regulations and to submit the required documents by the stipulated deadline, CEDARS and CCSO reserve the right to suspend services, facilities, and support provided to Student Societies during Registration Day, Orientation Activities, and throughout the academic year in 2024/25.  

If you cannot upload the files successfully or you have additional supporting documents, please email the files to orientation@cedars.hku.hk on or before 2nd August 2024.
