Submission of Student-led Orientation Activity Proposal 2025 (HKU Portal)

Background

Orientation Regulations for Student Societies 2025 (“Orientation Regulations”) is written by Centre of Development and Resources for Students (“CEDARS”) and Co-curricular Support Office (“CCSO”).

Student Societies planning to organise Student-led Orientation Activities shall submit the Student-led Orientation Activity Proposal (Appendix B) (“the Proposal”) to CEDARS on or before 10 June 2025 for review and acknowledgement.

Student Societies must submit the Proposal using the provided template. Proposals that do not meet the stipulated requirements may not be considered for review.

Late submissions of the Proposal are not accepted. Student Societies failing to submit the Proposal on or before 10 June 2025 are not allowed to book campus facilities/equipment and to use the University’s resources during the Orientation Period.
