If your application is successful, the reimbursement will be directly deposited into your bank account registered in your HKU Portal within 6 weeks upon all documents received.
Application Details:
• You must fill in this online application form.
• A scanned/ photo copy of the Certificate of Completion and the course receipt must be provided to CEDARS-CoPE within 2 weeks after completing the course. Late submission of the required documents may not be considered.
• Each staff can only apply for this subsidy once.
• CEDARS-CoPE will process the reimbursement for you within 6 weeks upon all documents received.
Remarks: CEDARS-CoPE will request successful applicants to provide a true copy of the course receipt.
