【Programme Fee】$100 + Deposit $200**The programme fee and deposit will ONLY be collected by upon successful admission to the programme.*Refundable deposit upon the full attendance of all activities with satisfactory performance throughout the programme. University & College YMCA Department of Chinese YMCA of Hong Kong reserves the right of final decision for any disputes.

METHOD 1
Register via our online system and settle membership fee with credit card

2. Select "Become our member" and choose "Uni-Y/College Y member" as a membership type, and then fill in your personal information
3. You will receive a confirmation email with membership number once you finished the payment
4. You may also check your membership number through "Account"> "Account Management"

METHOD 2
Fill in membership form and settle membership fee with cash/FPS
Download the membership form according to your institution from the website above and email it to uniycypg@ymca.org.hk. (Please state the email subject as "Joint-U Germany Trip 2024 - Membership Application".)

Applicants MUST be a member of University YMCA (HKU), please complete your membership application before submitting this form and get your (1) Membership No. and (2) Membership Expiry Date on hand. Membership fee will not be refunded under any circumstances.

Supplementary information (Local Foodpals)
As local foodpals are required to host a meal for their non-local foodpals, the information below may be used for screening and matching purposes.

Terms and Conditions

1. Activities involve physical exercise. All participants must ensure that their physical and mental conditions are ready for this activity. The Organiser is not liable for any injuries/ sickness/ loss of personal belongings during the event; participants have the sole responsibility instead. 活動涉及體能活動,參加者需確保身體狀況良好並適合參與是次活動,主辦單位並不會對參加者所發生的任何意外、受傷或其所攜帶之財物承擔任何責任。參加者須自行承擔一切責任;

2. Photos and videos will be taken at the event for future promotion and the Organiser reserves all copyright and ownership of the photos and videos taken at the event. 主辦單位於活動期間所拍攝的相片或影像,將用作日後宣傳及推廣用途,並保留有關相片及影像的版權及擁有權;

3. Limited quota applies. Your application will only be confirmed upon the completion of the payment. The Organiser reserves the right to close entries before the announced deadline without prior notice. 活動名額有限,一切以繳費為準,主辦單位有權提前截止報名而不作另行通知;

4. The Organiser reserves the right to contact participants by phone or other means for additional information required for the application. 主辦單位有權以電話或其他方式聯絡參加者以取得所需資訊作活動安排用途;

5. The Organiser reserves the right to void any applications with invalid information and/or submitted via improper procedures. 若參加者提供的資料有任何錯誤或不依照正確程序報名,主辦單位保留拒絕接受其參與權利;

6. The Organiser reserves the right to cancel the activity due to any circumstances beyond the organiser's control, including but not limited to insufficient enrolment, severe weather condition, social unrest, severe pandemic etc. while all application fee will not be refunded. 如發生任何主辦單位無法控制的情況導致活動無法如常舉行,包括但不限於參與人數不足、惡劣天氣或特殊社會及疫情狀況等,主辦單位有權決定取消整個活動,所遞交之報名費不獲退還;

7. Participants must follow all instructions given by the event staff, volunteers and officials with respect to all matters regarding the event. 參加者必須尊重及遵守由主辦單位職員、工作人員或其授權人士所發出的任何指引;

8. The Organiser reserves the right to prohibit the participants from joining without any refund of application fee if the participants violate any of the above conditions and terms. 參加者如違反上述條款,主辦單位保留禁止其參與之權利而不作任何退款;

9. In case of any disputes, the Organiser reserves the right to make all decisions related to the event, including but not limited to the confirmation of entries, the arrangement of the event, and the amendment to the terms or conditions without prior notice. 如有任何爭議,主辦單位保留對是次活動的最終決定權,包括但不限於取錄參加者及活動安排,以及保留增減、修改及刪除條款及細則之權利,而不作事先通知;

10. All personal data provided by the participants is to be used solely for this event. The information will be provided to relevant staff for application processing, contact and other relevant purposes. In accordance to the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, all personal data collected will be destroyed 6 months after the event. It is voluntary for participants to provide their personal data, but the registration cannot be processed without such personal data. 參加者所提供的個人資料只作本活動之用,有關資料只會供處理申請的人員參閱,作為審批、聯絡及相關的用途。所有資料均按個人資料(私隱)條例處理,並於活動期完結六個月後銷毀。參加者可依個人意願提供其個人資料。如參加者不願意提供相關資料,整個登記程序將不會完成,並視為未參加本活動。
