Remarks: Transportation from Chinese University of Hong Kong to Yuen Long will be arranged. After the event, participants will be dismissed at MTR Yuen Long Station.
【Programme Fee】
• Early Bird Fee (till 19/9/2026): $150/person (Individual^); $120/person (For Group Application of 6)
• Regular Fee: $210/person (Individual^); $180/person (For Group Application of 6)
*A deposit of $100/person will be collected which is refundable upon completion of the programme with satisfactory performance.

【Application Procedure】The individual applicant or contact person of a group will receive a payment email within 3 working days of the application. Please use FPS to settle the payment within 3 working days. (If you are unable to pay via FPS, please contact us at 2705-2397 or email us to request an alternative payment method.)
【Registration Deadline】 25/9/2026 (Early Bird Fee until 19/9/2026)
Spaces are limited, so early registration is encouraged. Registration will only be confirmed upon receipt of payment.

【Remarks】
1. No lunch break will be arranged during the activity. Participants are advised to have their meal before the programme begins.
2. The activity will be conducted in teams of six participants. Individual applicants will be assigned to a team by the organiser. Applicants registering in groups of two to five may indicate their accompanying participants in the application form. The organiser will make every effort to accommodate such requests but reserves the right to make final adjustments to team arrangements.
3. This is an experiential learning activity that requires a certain level of physical fitness and includes simulated conflict scenarios and role-playing elements. The programme aims to enhance participants' understanding of and reflection on humanitarian issues. As some content may involve sensitive or emotionally challenging topics, certain participants may experience emotional discomfort or distress. Participants are advised to carefully consider their physical and emotional well-being before registering and determine whether the activity is suitable for them.
4. The organiser will make every reasonable effort to provide a safe and appropriate environment for participants. Participants are also responsible for taking care of their own safety and personal belongings throughout the activity. Participants assume all risks associated with their participation. The organiser shall not be liable for any injury, accident, or loss of personal property arising from personal circumstances or events beyond the organiser's reasonable control.
5. Participants are required to complete a Health Declaration Form prior to the activity. If the organiser or its partner organisation considers a participant's physical condition unsuitable for participation, the organiser reserves the right to refuse the participant's continued participation in the activity. Any fees paid will not be refunded.
6. All programme fees are non-refundable once payment has been made, except in the event that the organiser cancels the activity. Membership fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.
