  • Applicants must be full-time students aged 18-25 with valid University YMCA (HKU) membership. Click Here for membership application.
  • The Organiser reserves the right to void any applications with invalid information and/or submitted via improper procedures.
  • Membership fee will not be refunded under any circumstances.
  • Participants shall check the email inbox regularly, in order to receive the most updated event information.
  • Please reserve sufficient time for filling in this form.

METHOD 1
Register via our online system and settle membership fee with credit card
1. Click the link above to access the online portal
2. Select "Become our member" and choose "Uni-Y/College Y member" as a membership type, and then fill in your personal information
3. You will receive a confirmation email with membership number once you finished the payment
4. You may also check your membership number through "Account"> "Account Management"

METHOD 2
Fill in membership form and settle membership fee with cash/FPS
Download the membership form from the website above and email it to inspiretgt@ymca.org.hk. (Please state the email subject as "Membership Application" and state the payment method (FPS/cash) in the email.)

Applicants MUST be a member of University YMCA (HKU), please complete your membership application before submitting this form and get your (1) Membership No. and (2) Membership Expiry Date on hand. Membership fee will not be refunded under any circumstances.

  1. Any false, withheld or misleading information on the application is grounded for immediate cancellation of the application from the Programme;
  2. I have to comply with the rules and regulations of the Organiser, and the assigned internship organisation;
  3. It is my sole responsibility to check my email frequently to stay informed of the application progress and to be aware of all deadlines of relevant registration procedures and payment due dates;
  4. It is my sole responsibility to check emails frequently to stay informed of and to be aware of all the relevant information regarding the Internship;
  5. Membership fee and programme fee paid will not be refunded under any circumstances;
  6. The Organiser reserves the right to make all decisions in relation to the programme, including but not limited to the confirmation of entries, the arrangement of the programme, and the amendment to the terms or conditions without prior notice.
