In Uni-Y, there are plenty opportunities for you to organise programmes on (1) Global Citizenship, (2) Community Engagement and (3) Christian Action. There are also various joint-u programmes, providing opportunities to meet and work with executive members from Uni-Y/College-Y across 8 tertiary institutions.

Positions Available and Major Duties
1. 主席 President: Leading the executive committee and coordinating the work allocation of the Student Ex-co.
2. 內務副主席 Internal Vice-President: Assisting the president in leading the executive committee and coordinating activities that promote teamwork and team spirit of the Student Ex-co.
3. 外務副主席 External Vice-President: Being the representative of external activities, assisting the president in leading the executive committee and handling all external affairs.
4. 文書 General Secretary: Recording internal meeting minutes and sending internal mass email.
5. 財務秘書 Financial Secretary: Preparing the annual budget and financial report and handling the receipts of programmes.
6. 宣傳及出版幹事 Promotion and Publication Officer: Designing visuals for programme promotions (e.g., poster, social media graphics, promotional texts, etc.) and managing social media platforms for Uni-Y (HKU); and assisting in joint-u, community engagement and/or global citizenship programmes.
7. 公關幹事 Public Relations Officer: Liaising with other student organisations and external parties, marketing and liaising with target sponsors and maintaining marketing channels such as Facebook and website
8. Other positions as needed.
