Welcome all Newbies** joining University & College YMCA! We are offering diversified activities as follows to embrace your new U-Adventures, together with our countless membership fee discount and giveaways! Come and Join Us! Application Starts from 9am, 4 Sep 2023!

**Applicants MUST be a newly registered / renewed member of University YMCA®/ College YMCA®  and full time undergraduate students of HKBU, CUHK, HKUST, LU, HSUHK, PolyU, HKU or full time students of YMCA-COC (Valid registration period: 1 Aug to 31 Nov 2023).

  2. After confirming the registration as Newbies, applicants will receive payment instruction via email within 4 working days.
  3. In order to complete the application procedure, applicants should follow the payment instruction in the email and complete the payment through FPS/cash within 2 working days.

2. 「看得見的說話」手語工作坊及DIY玻璃燈製作 Voices that can be seen” Service Programme
Date: 11 Oct 2023 (Sign Language Workshop) & 14 Oct 2023 (Glowing Jar Workshop)
Time: 19:30-22:00 (11 Oct 2023), 13:30-16:00 (14 Oct 2023)
Venue: Mong Kok Holistic Development Centre
3. 「耆」樂遊 — 長者桌遊同樂日 Golden Years Board Game Day
Date: 11 Oct 2023 (Volunteer Training), 14 Oct 2023 (Service Day)
Time: 19:00-21:00 (12 Oct 2023), 1400-16:30 (14 Oct 2023)
Venue: Yau Ma Tei (Volunteer Training), YMCA Chai Wan Neighbourhood Elderly Centre (Service Day)

In accordance to the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, all personal data collected will be destroyed 6 months after the event. It is voluntary for participants to provide their personal data, but the registration cannot be processed without such personal data.

【TERMS & CONDITIONS】
  1. Quota is limited. Your enrolment will only be confirmed upon successful payment. 
  2. The Organiser reserves the right to void any applications with invalid information and/or submitted via improper procedures.
  3. The Organiser reserves the right to contact participants by phone or other means for additional information required for the application.
  4. Participants shall check the email inbox regularly, in order to receive the most updated event information.
  5. Application fee will not be refunded after payment proceeded, unless the event was cancelled by the Organiser.
  6. Membership fee will not be refunded under any circumstances. 
  7. Event will start on time, latecomers or absentees will not be refunded.
  8. The Organiser reserves the right to make all decisions in relation to the event, including but not limited to the confirmation of entries, the arrangement of the event, and the amendment to the terms or conditions without prior notice.
  9. Applicants should prioritise THREE events, the Organiser will allocate the quota and applicants to the event based on the priority list. The priority list cannot be changed after the submission of the application. 
  10. If the three events prioritised by the applicants were fully occupied, the Organiser will send an email to the applicants. The quota of different events will be updated from time to time on the first page of the application form.
  11. All photos and/or videos filmed during the events will be used for promotion purposes in the future, the Organiser reserves the copy right and ownership of the photos and/or videos.
